This competition is a state-wide event organised by the Agricultural Societies Council of SA Inc and proudly sponsored by Sunbeam Foods and Angoves.
Rich Fruit Cake Champions Semi-Finals will be held at a nominated Show in each Association. The winner of each Association Semi-Final is eligible to compete at the State Final staged during the Royal Adelaide Show. Where an Association winner cannot partake in the State Final, the runner up of the particular Association Semi-Final will be invited to participate in the State Final.

The semi-final winner will be eligible to compete in the State Final where a bottle of St Agnes Brandy, sponsored by ANGOVES, will be presented to each State Finalist.
